Sean is a marketing specialist with over 15 years of experience in the winter sports and general outdoor industries. Sean's professional snowboarding career set the stage for his current career path as an agency founder helping brands in the outdoor space tell their story from concept and strategy to execution. Sean demonstrates proven experience in branding, brand strategy, team development and management, content production and direction, advertising, public relations, events development and management, photography, videography, and merchandising.

CO-FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Asher's expertise revolves around a holistic view of media projects of all shapes and sizes - from socially optimized assets to comprehensive brand campaigns to feature length docs. Asher is a photographer and filmmaker at his core and has a wide breadth in both commercial and editorial content. His creative focus revolves around telling captivating stories using a wide array of mediums that both achieve brand goals and are a pleasure to follow. He has extensive experience in all stages of the production process including directing, producing, DP work as well as post.

PROJECT / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Dayna has a knack for organization and accountability. With her strong marketing skills and genuine passion for the outdoors, Dayna combines her expertise to help brands reach their target audience effectively. With a background in marketing, events, strategic partnerships, and project management, Dayna brings each Black Koles project into fruition. Her ability to merge creativity, analytical thinking, and her love for nature and the sporting pursuits that follow, enables her to craft compelling marketing campaigns and strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST

Casey has a vast background in both commercial content production and marketing campaign design. Leveraging an Olympic career in freestyle skiing, he has been creating content and helping brands of all sizes maximize ROAS for half a decade. Casey also has a background in finance and business operations, giving him a unique perspective into the inner workings and demands of businesses both small and large. His holistic approach to a business's marketing needs allows him to find cost friendly and return-focused solutions for growth oriented companies in any industry.

POST PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

When he's not biking down a mountain trail or wedged in a slot canyon, Tyler Packard can be found in the editing bay practicing post-production alchemy; sculpting formless visuals and sound into vibrant, spellbinding stories. With over ten years in commercial, documentary, and narrative storytelling, Tyler has cultivated a diverse skill set and singular style that have provided the foundation for his remarkable portfolio of work with top international brands. But Tyler's greatest strengths are his open, collaborative mindset and bred-in-the-bone resolve to authentic, effective storytelling.
